How old's your son? Mine's 12, I guess he started having vision problems when he was about 8. Getting them to wear them at first is the hard part, then getting them to be careful with them  
He's 4, yeah..My Lil man is all excited about wearing his glasses lol... Hopefully he will do okay with leaving them on They have some pretty cool "keepers", you know they hook to the end of the glasses and go around the neck so they don't fall off? Had to use those with my boo's for a while. Geez, I must be tired when I can't think of what they're called
