sacred grounds for the indian people here. it's beautiful they are made
of box canyons, mountains, you can go for days anad never find water, or see another human soul, they have this truly desolate beauty you have to see them to believe them. |

am very familiar with the badlands I live within a few miles of them,
all the tribe ocassional venture there, just not at the same time. most people find them ugly and desolate, but that is not true they are very beautiful. unspoiled by man... |
