Yes his trial isn't until March and then he will be in prison for a very long time! Problem solved!! Wth did he do??? The charge is Grand theft and fraud. Idaho doesn't rcognize 3 strikes your out but they do a habitual offender charge that is quite similar. The prosecutor is going for 28 to life. Chris I guess is trying to get a plea bargain down to like 10 manditory. Guess that's what happens when you go through life screwing people over.

My friend Billy, His cousin got hit with the 3 strike thing when they first started it. Him & my friend Connie were going to Vegas to get married. they got stopped for speeding,they busted him with a 1/2teenth of meth & He got 25 to life cuz he had violent priors. He's been in Pelican Bay since Linz was born soo 13yrs. Still trying to appeal it. He's a azzhead anyways.

I broke my big wheel last nite. -12 degrees and my heater blower motor melted in the middle of nowhere iowa. I had to drive 3 hours to a place to get fixed. The floorboards were so cold I had a bottle of evian lying on the floor and it froze. So did my toes. In waterloo getting it fixed. Oh what fun. Glad I took my happy pills. I'm soooooooo happy.
