Well said Iam. I don't come often but When I do I enjoy talking to the

The best for violator's would be to start with a warning that the
bahaviour will not be tolerated. Repeaters would have their access
frozen for a pre-determined length. Third strike you're out.
Wouldn't help though. Look at Secretman and his various personages. New
