A few friendly emails turns into a request for a phone call. You're just not all that comfortable giving your number to total strangers, so what do ya do?

Get a another phone just for that purpose?

Practical or Paranoid?

Google for free temporary numbers that are linked to your exsistin number, I have done it in the past works great, number is good for 30 days and is FREE:wink:

Cell phone numbers are harder to "google" than land lines.

It takes a while to consider asking or giving a phone number. Always be cautious..If your gut questions it then dont do it...
Make sure you are 100% comfortable..

Wait till you feel comfortable and know that it is ok....no need to change phones.
If you don't feel comfortable don't do it.
Just be honest

Ask for their number, and call when you feel comfortable. Don't call from your phone if you don't want to, but if they give you their number obviously they trust you...but do you trust them?
