just heard on tv this morning that there was a study where they looked at ppls cells and ppl who exercise actually have younger cells so it's not just a matter of looks it is also how our bodies age and resist disease. I think it's not only in our genetic makeup but how we take care of ourselves. That's VERY true .. it's called endorphins It's one of the many reasons I work out daily too .. and eat bananas which are called 'happy food' Another huge thing about aging is being happy. You're happy, you don't look as old. That's why I have f2b Happy Place on here .. so everyone can stay young

Hey this came up at work. growing old, All the woman that was there said its not fair that men get better looking with age. and woman seem to fall apart. one said if she could turn back time she would be in her 20's.....now the men say that young woman are hot and beautiful. but they would rather have a woman that is more mature beacause most young females, know there hot and cant handle a relationship..I was bias. I find everyone beautiful but thats me..I think beauty comes from the heart..Im not saying the out side isnt beautiful but inner soul.. is what makes a person beautifful....so this is the question do men get better looking then woman when the start to age. I disagree but Id like to here your comments. I totally disagree with your coworkers babe. I personally think it's the other way around. No offense taken to the male gender please .. and no hate mail after I post LMAO BUT .. one of the many reasons I date younger men is because I am told constantly I look about 15 years than my age. So why would I want to date guys that look 15 years OLDER than what I look like? Instead I date a decade and many times, 2 decades younger. Now I have to say that men look more distinguished with the grey hair. But hll .. I don't EVAAAAAAAAAAH plan on showing grey hair .. even if I had it. Which I don't. That's the only thing I see in older men that seems really complimentary. In fact I think most guys even a decade younger than I am LOOK about 10 years OLDER than I am. sigh* what's a woman to do ............... wooohooo

a couple years ago I went to my 20 yr class reunion, now mind you I haven't seen any of those people since high school.. EVERYONE of them that I talked to, told me I LOOKED the same as I did in High School.... guess I just don't age

I wouldn't be TOOOO certain of that sweetie. 60 is the new 40 yanno. AND I've been told by my doc that I had the body of someone 20 yrs younger. D*mn he was hot too Only time I've ever been given a cell # and home # of an internist

it all depends..my mate smokes alot and her skin on her face is awful...it has aged her 10yrs.she actually looks really old.so i think it depends on how you look after yourself etc!! but beauty is in the eye of the beholder..and beauty is skin deep...as long as we are healthy and alive..what the hell!!!!

Actually, I'll throw this out there. I think facial hair, when it's like a long or big beard makes a guy look much older than he really is. Any thoughts on that? Hopefully women don't grow long beards .. altho I've seen some that are working on it ......
