15 degrees this morning and a rippin wind too. Warmer today, 17 degrees.

I'm in Ohio and there's alot of snow and its like 24 degrees out right
now. ONT, say, "so" and I'll sock ya!!! There's nothing SO about it!!!
My old bones are hurtin out here. No wonder these people leave when it
drops a degree, they know whats up. lol

I used to laugh at the snowbirds (people from michigan who winter in
Florida) until I worked in Tampa for a winter. dont laugh anymore I go.

same here. I hated it when they'd flock to our small town in Az, now I
have the highest respect for their poor old bodies that can't handle
this. It seriously hurts sometimes. My ears wanna break off and we all
know how it feels on the hands. I'm new to this crap, so I've gotta
figure out just what kinda attire to get for work. I'm really freazin
out there sometimes. YES I'M WHINING DAMMIT!!!!! I'm starting to LOVE
to HATE work!!

Chuckee, my old bones are older than your old bones. so there. Try the
cherry juice trick for the achin bones. some say it works.
I like the winter though, I like driving in it, snowmobiling,
working, ect. I have to resight my target rifles every winter. why? in
the cold the barrel will droop less and the air is denser. Also the
powder burns different.

I figure I was rasied here in Oregon I can take the cold. I was in TX
once.. SOUTH TEXAS and it snowed there... just my flippin luck *S*

High today is supposed to be 47... yeahhhh HEAT WAVE... lol

I think in some ways it is colder surther south, loke ohio. When it
is real cold here, its a dry cold. as long as there isnt any wind it
really isnt bad as long as you dress right. Further south it is a wet
cold that soaks thru everything.
IF YOU WANT THE RIGHT GEAR FOR WINTER OPERATIONS, go to the army
surplus and get a US navy watch cap. make sure it is a real military
wool watch cap.it will say Cap, watch, wool on the white tag. they look
cool and are very warm. being in the cold is less about fashion than
about staying warm, however. another good item from uncle sam is US ARMY
Officers gloves. They are black leather gloves with a wool liner. They
also look good and work well. DONT FORGET THE BOOTS. If you dont spend
100.00 on them they will be cold.

Well it was in the 30's this morning in Texas not good brrrrrrrr.
But........ SNOW what is that ohhhhhhhhh that
must be that white stuff that comes out of the sky that never gets to
land here for it melts about 2 feet before it hits
the ground. lol

But....... gonna get to see me some snow in 7 days whoooooaa!

Florida's awesome in the winter well southern parts are anyhow, no snow
here just cold ass air

75 Degrees here....
