“Dress Up”

Mommy got me all dressed up today.
Don’t I look pretty this way?
Look at me I can wink.
I’m all dressed up in pink.

My mommy likes to do photo shoots.
And dress me up pretty in pink boots.
I try so hard to smile.
And make this time worthwhile.

Right now I’m just a little tyke.
But soon one day I will be able to ride a bike.
I hear them say that I must learn to crawl.
And when I try to walk I may fall.

It does not matter for you see.
My Mommy and Daddy will always love me.
See whenever Mommy & Daddy hear my cries.
They pick me up and tell me I have beautiful blue eyes.

As they look at me and I look at them.
They coo at me and call me there gem.
Oh it makes me smile and warm inside.
Knowing they will always be there to provide.

I love my Mommy & Daddy so much.
You see I crave their touch.
As they cradle me in their arm.
I feel just like a lucky charm.

Look at me and see how cute I’m.
You will see in no time.
At all I will always love you.
For all the things you do.

Sent this to my Bosses daughter in-law after sending pics of the baby for me to see she is 2 months old now and had her all dressed up in a Ballerina outfit. Was just too precious.

Very nice. A good read in the morning.

Aww and my Katie is 18, seems like yesterday when she dressed herself in her go go boots and little mermaid swimsuit and was holding my purse saying"I as weady to do to the tore mommy"
Funny how her clothes didn't change lol. Unfortunately she just fills them out...way too nicely
