Oh, I'm sorry, just several years of classes, and the fact that I've continued to keep up on studies and advances in nutrition and exercise since then and just because I use words that are easier for most people to understand, then I don't know what I'm talking about. Fine. Whatever. Just have him get over developed in the wrong ways then.

Classes and real life hands on experience are two different things. This is my field and Ive been personal training for years.Kinda know the terms and what Im doing. Im sure he appreciates your effort though so dont be too upset
