I won't date a smoker, I did when I was young and I did not like the smoke taste she had. However I do have many friends that do smoke.

I will say this...it is a proven fact that people that don't smoke can get lung cancer from second hand smoke!! Why would non smokers even want to be around that? I myself, I just got over cancer and I have a very high risk of getting it back somewhere else. So NO I won't date someone that smokes.
I mean logically everyone knows what smoking does to your lungs. I don't understand why people would even start smoking. I guess its your lungs and your life BUT I don't have to deal with it and put myself around it!! I like to breathe in fresh air!! Second hand smoke is very bad for you so I have no clue why you would give Ms Magic hell. I guess no one else has ever heard about people that are non smokers getting lung cancer? HMMM where else do you think it comes from---umm second hand smoke!! |

Well..I wouldnt date a smoker cuz first of all the 2nd hand stuff will kill you faster than puffing the things yourself..secondly I would not wanna be with someone who smoked for the fear of losing them to cancer..I've lost too many people to that as it is. So you truly believe second smoke is worse than first hand smoke? Wow, I don't even know what to say. ditto I third that...where are those statistics? |

Dana Reeve...Wife of Christopher Reeve died of lung cancer and was a lifelong "nonsmoker" and it was NOT due to second hand smoke at all!! As a matter of fact. It was rarely that they were around any smokers in their lifetime at all. |

HMMM where else do you think it comes from---umm second hand smoke!! yeah i do know what it does to me and the people around me...which is why i smoke out side and AWAY from people...i even move so that the wind doesnt take it over to where nonsmokers are...If u chose to come and talk to me then great..but i'm just sick of the nonsmokers complaining about smokers, yeah its bad for u but so is soo many other things we do and put into our bodys..whats the big deal..why cant u just deal with the fact some one smokes, i'm not saying u have to date or kiss them.. |

Non smokers should do their homework on how smoking REALLY effects "The Smokers" and "Non Smokers" before making accusations towards smokers.
