First, I was raised Christian. I am not now a Christian. To call me one just because I was raised that way does not make it true. Obama has said he is Christian. Therefore by definition he is a Christian.

And secondly, although some radical extremist muslims have said that they would like to destroy the US. Many other muslims have said that they disagree. Grouping all muslims in this way is like saying "all christians want to destroy black people" just because some Klansman claim to be christian.

Obama's parents met at the University of Hawaii, When Obama was two years old, his parents divorced. His father returned to Kenya. His mother then married Lolo Soetoro, a RADICAL Muslim from Indonesia. (There is no evidence that he was radical at all)

When Obama was 6 years old, the family relocate to Indonesia. Obama attended a MUSLIM school in Jakarta. He also spent two years in a Catholic school. (The muslim school was not a radical school. It was a mixed school, serving children of many different faiths, and it was secular in nature)

Obama takes great care to conceal the fact that he is MUSLIM. He is quick to point out that, 'He was once a Muslim, but that he also attended Catholic school.' (He doesn't conceal anything about it. He even addresses his background in his books.)

Obama's political handlers are attempting to make it appear that he is not a radical. (His handlers don't have to attempt anything, because he isn't a muslim.)

Obama's introduction to Islam came via his father, and this influence was temporary at best. In reality, the senior Obama returned to Kenya soon after the divorce, and never again had any direct influence over his son's education. (He doesn't even remember his father from that time. There was no influence because his father was no longer observing the Muslim faith.)

ALSO, keep in mind that when he was sworn into office he DID NOT use the Holy Bible, but instead the Koran. (This is a complete and utter fabrication. Even if he was muslim and sworn into office with a Koran, who cares. Aren't we supposed to be supporting freedom of religion?)

Barack Hussein Obama will NOT recite the Pledge of Allegiance nor will he show any reverence to our flag. THis is not true. He has said the Pledge in public.

While others place their hands over their hearts, Obama turns his back to the flag and slouches. This bit come from ONE photo. (If you look at the entire photo, every one has their back to the flag. Obama is not slouching, he has is hands folded at his belt. He is looking, respectfully at the same location as Hillary Clinton is looking. The other man on stage is looking someplace else entirely. Snopes says it is possible that there were other flags off the stage, so the people on stage wouldn't have to turn their backs to the audience.)

Let us all remain alert concerning Obama's expected presidential candidacy. (There is very little truth in this email and even so, being a muslim, buddist, or wiccan wouldn't mean that a person would be a bad president. We are supposed to support freedom of religion and diversity.)

I just enjoy how political discussions with religion mixed in, always bring out the bitterness in people. Makes me happy to know that since the dark ages, not much has changed and nothing is going to change. Even though misinformation fuels a lot of this bitterness, its not the whole reason. Religion and politics just brings out the worst in people, even though religious debates shouldn't, they always end up with bitterness and hatred. But as long as you all are here to play the parts you were born to play, keep it up! I'll still be laughing.
