well..italians never have to use this you understand my friend..but,the only side effects that i can think of would be more of a psycological addiction.
drugs of anykind...pharmacutical drugs were always MEANT to be used temporarily....but there is a growing number of older teenagers now who use it..and mix it together with alcohol,and especially speed,just to prolong an erection..it can only cause harm.. the only true solution is for everyone to be italian...YAAA BABYYY

Viagra has been out there the longest but if you have an erection that lasts for more than 4 hours on any of the medications you need to get to the ER- it is life threatening!!
