My opinion on abortion is you don't have the right to have an opinion unless you have been there and by that i mean you have been faced with the decision of whether you should or should not terminate a pregnancy and what the outcome of your decision will determine for the rest of your life.

right on, the day men become pregnant, is the day they can rant!

flowerforyou Thank you.flowerforyou
A guy can tell you, "do what u want" and later throw it at your face......That's my baby you're killing....Guess where the dear F.......is? Nowhere to be found when child support time comes.....When the child is sick....When you simply need him to be a father....But we, woman are left to choose.....

so all guys are like that? really? wow, i guess i don't know myself at all....i guess my brother in law doesn't really pay his child support....

This is great but not the norm. Sadlyhuh

So my grandfather does it for her all the time, even when his hands got arthritis too. That's love."

And the final one -- Author and lecturer

Leo Buscaglia once talked about a contest he was asked to judge.
The purpose of the contest was to find the most caring child.
The winner was a four-year-old child whose next-door neighbor was an elderly man who had recently lost his wife. Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman's yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat there. When his Mother asked what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said, “Nothing, I just helped him cry"

Kids are great. I chose to have mine and sadly raised them alone but I made the choice to bring them here so I chose to raise them alone. Every woman should also be able to choose whether they want to do this or not. It was dam hard and by the time child support started my children were 18. But like I said I made the choice. Every woman should have the choice.

You guys should feel glad they made the day after pill available. Abortions are going down due to this pill.

"I guess my brother doesn't pay child support"

- If he doesn't, he better!

i was being sarcastic, his child support gets paid every month....his dead beat good for nothing ex wife doesn't work, so he pays even more, has medical and dental insurance for his kids....he busts his ass to make sure those kids have anything and everything.....it's pretty retarded that men are always the bad guys in this matter when it's not all that uncommon that the "mother" is a good for nothing skank while the father is the better parent.....open your eyes, people, men aren't always the bad guy...

and here's another idea......if you really hate men that much and really believe they're all the same......stay away from them...don't talk to them, don't date them, and if you honestly believe they're gonna screw you when it comes to raising kids.......dont have sex with them.....

Like I said this is great but not the norm about the dedicated dads. As for women, true on that score also. But this does not take away from a woman should have the choice.

agreed, it's not always men that are the bad guy, my brother's X lost all rights to their daughter, he was payin child support, and she was abusing his daughter physically..

agreed, women SHOULD have the choice about abortion....but i believe that if she's pregnant, and in a serious, long term relationship with the would be father of the child, i believe he should be asked what his opinion is on the matter....cause, i mean, what if he wants the child? or just can't stand the idea of abortion? maybe they could agree to adoption or something....i just don't see why us guys should be lied to, not told, or just plain ignored in the matter.....it happened to me....it sucks......and honestly, if she would've consulted me and told me about all this and that she just didn't want a kid, i would've taken full custody and not asked for child support or anything......i just have very personal reasons for the opinions i have

No, I do not hate men, I love men but when it comes to decisions like this one they can bail out so easily. Maybe they will say or think they are man enough to handle it but are not under pressure. I know I do not have all the answers here but I just know what I have seen and they can dismiss their responsibility of the children over nothing at all. All you have to do is have a disagreement and they can choose to bail on you and the kids and then there you sit.

noway Oh your lord, here we go. All the men in the world who cannot get pregnant will jump on the bandwagon to tell a woman what to do with her bodynoway It is none of your business man. How many times do people have to go through this? You want abortion to stop, teach your sons and daughters to use birth control. Wear condoms every time you have sex. Give your sons salt peter in their meals.

you're right, why don't guys mind their own business!

let me make something very clear here ladies (those of you who disagree with my statements here).
First of all under most circumstances the woman agreed to spread her legs (or raise her ass or whatever). Secondly no matter who carries the child to term it takes two people a amle and a female to prodice a fetus, child, soon to be human, whatever you want to call it.
you have no right as a woman to deny a man the chance to raise his son/daughter just because you agreed to spread your legs, and now you do not want to accept the consequences. I am not talking about if you were raped; personally it doesnt matter, but I will concede to the point of agreeing to disagree when rape is concerned. I know the law says differently. And I will be honost and tell you that if I ever had a girlfriend or wife who aborted without my agreement to it (which she would never get as I consider it to be murder) I would do everything I possibly could to see her charged with murder.

you have absolutely no right to tell a man that je does not have the right to be a father, simply because you do not want to live with the consequences of your own actions.

Since when did it come down to us spreading our legs or whatever, he stuck it in there with no protection. I still think we should be feeding them salt peter until they get an understanding that we are not the control of their genitals.noway
