I hope I still have a computer tonight and tomorrow. I am still having technical difficulties with this thing.
I have be in touch with my server....all clear. The builders of my pc. The McAfee people. Soooo, one says I have a corrupted software. The anti everything people, want 2.98 a minute to talk me through a fix. 2.98 A MINUTE!!?? HELLLLLOOOOOO!!!! I make 7.00 an hour here! The only thing I know to do is to shut down the whole damn computer and do a complete system restore. Then what? I have even tried to run a free anti virus scan and it will not run through my McAfee thing. All I get is "I must be connected to the internet", whatever!! Kat |

you may have maleware or spyware.......
dl spybot search and destroy and adaware......both are free to you |

try using a program called Avast anti virus. i use it, used it on my friends computer and it fixed everything. you may have to delet mcafee first though. i would give it a shot

OMG McAfee sucks for one, go to www.grisoft.com and download their free AVG antivirus program, it works well.

My Mcafee has a place to uninstall and reinstall....it won't do it. It frezzes up. The McAfee has never been fully installed yet. Arrrrggggghhhhh!!!
Can you believe this crap? 2.98 a minute!! wtf!?? Am I rich here? Then they tell me I may have to take it to a tech? Broke here. My son is going to take over my pc in awhile to see what he can see. Then maybe walk me through shutting it down. I will make sure and tell him about those sites. Seems like I tried the spybot before and it did something wierd. Can't remember exactly though. Kat |

sure, won't hurt it, grisoft also has a malware program that's free as well
|

you should be able to run spybot without deleting mcafee with no problem
|

more than likely, will conflict...but maybe if you can completely exit out of mc afee before running spybot, may help...don't delete, just don't run both at once is what im saying

I just tried to get spybot. It says it wants a one time fee of 39.95 for registration?
