I have seen this many times in my life, and twice it did work out. But for all others it failed miserably, some was for fighting at work. And the bosses did know about it most times, and they let them decide what was best for them. But in other cases bosses found out and were not impressed, and one of the two always lost a job over it. Is never a good thing to try and hide, because they do find out from talk at work or from customers coming in. People will know as there are always tale tale signs for it.
If it really bothers you that much then talk to your closest boss about it, and get there opinion on it.
But from my point of view is never a good idea to mix business and pleasure under no circumstances. As something always has a way of back firing on you when you least expect it. I have been in that position, and know it is a hard thing to walk away from. YOU HAVE TO DECIDE IF YOU LOOSE YOUR JOB, IS IT THEN REALLY WORTH IT ? Best luck to you dear flowerforyou

Yes, I recommend you find your proffesioanl side and focus on your career, that's what will get you ahead...Looks like your only checking out the women at your job. Be careful, eventually that will catch up with you...

Best of luck

No. Not unless you or she are soon to be seeking employment elsewhere.

it's not like you work next to each other so if you like eachother then go for it and see what happens

i usually dont recommend it. too many complications. as hard and as much as you try to separate home and work, it tends to spill over if you bring home to work and in these cases, it tends to always happen. then if it doesnt work out, people start talkin, sides are taken, it gets uncomfortable, etc....but you will have to use your own judgement and i wish you luck!
