Hello. I am a 28 yr old. I've dated women that were younger and older
than myself. I would like other opinions on this topic. What do you
think. And NO...I am not into UNDERAGE girls! That is for sick,

in my opinion age is just a number because i have met younger people
that were more emotionally and mentally matured than some older people.

i think it makes a big difference .like 4 yrs over or under is ok but
anything more than that i think will put up barriers in
communication.but this is just my opinion from personal experiance.

age is an arbitrary number. you're really only as old(or young) as you

From everything I have seen and encountered, More people mature at a
level somewhere in the mid twenties and hold although they get smarter
and wiser as they age further.

agreed lion, anymore than 4 yrs older or younger, and there's
communication barriers, expectation barriers, maturity level
barriers...too many barriers to list..

and yes, for those that are wondering, this comes from personal

The right kind of communication is a trait learned and some people learn
faster than others it's an individually based difference so I'd have to
say it depends on the individuals both of them

Well, just my opinion but...

I'm 48 and have dated above my age and well below, too. I'm on a few
dating sites, and you'd be surprised how many guys are seriously into
women older than themselves. No, it's not solely about sex, either ~ I
hear that the younger women are hung up on status items. What makes me
happy is what's inside me...I'm comfortable being me!

As for what this old broad does for fun, I was one of over 600 people
who went on a local Toy Run sponsored by one of our local motorcycle
clubs. You had to bring an unwrapped toy, strap it to the bike, ride in
formation with police escort, and at the destination, we dropped the
toys (to benefit the local Urban Ministry group) and then it was time to
eat, drink and socialize. That night, I was part of a "Girls Only"
night out to see my favorite band, The Heaters. Check out

Oddly enough, the 2 most disastrous relationships I had were with women
that were my age. All the rest have been at least 7 years older or
younger and I still talk to them lol

I have several friends who are married to people 20 years older than
them, and their perfectly happy. It just depends on the people though.

age IS just a number... but that's just MY opinion.. you can click with
all sorts of people on many different levels.. keeping an open mind
about things just makes for that many more fun and exiciting
adventures!!

I believe everyone is an individual and should be treated with the same
respect.. older or younger.. and If you can 'remember when'.. then
empathy is on your side.. :o)

It's important to take the time with Everyone.. life's about learning
and growing.. and with each new encounter.. comes the unique opportunity
to grow just a little more!!

Personally.. I've dated up to 20 years my junior.. (although I didn't
know it at the time.. he let me assume he was only 12 years younger..
the Cad!! but What Fun!! LOL) he just had the maturity and look of
someone in his 30ths.. although communication was NOT one of our
problems.. his Mom Was!! No Wonder!! LOL
