I think I shoplifted a package of cheese I didn't mean to! I was buying a lot of things, and put all the bags back in my cart, and when I got the cart out to the car, at the back of the parking lot, there was a package of cheese that wasn't in a bag, it was just sitting in the cart still. What did you think, I was going to admit to having a scandalous affair, or murdering someone?!

lol well im an assistant at a retail chain, and ive forgotten to pay for a package of chips... it wasnt my fault.. lol the kids were eatin it and they didnt put it on the belt.. so ill let ya slide... hehe

At least you gained something, I went today and had a jar of prego roll out of my truck and BlahDow! Italian meat medley everywhere!!

sigh no, I didn't return the cheese. And maybe I should have? Or at least, gone back in and paid for it.. But I didn't. It was the back of the parking lot, and they were kinda busy, and it was really like, $2 worth of cheese.

why dont you go back over your receipt and check to see if you paid for the cheese. maybe it just fell out of your bag. if you didnt end up paying for it and it is bothering you then go into the store and explain what happened and you would like to pay for the item. at least your conscience will be clear that way.

you can also think of it this way how many times have you not paid attention while they are scanning your items at the price that comes up. more than likely you have been over charged more than once. they are not going to go out of buisiness over one package of cheese.
