No, we're not *supposed* to...but honestly, no matter how hard we try for them not to, guys are gonna look. It's inevitable. Sad, but inevitable. I might take a glance, but at least I look at the girls face when I am talking to them 
I agree, eye to eye is critical and I do the same.....Although!!!! When a woman walks by BARING the cleavage to look, I feel that is intentional... I would just like to say, for the record, that I do not normally show off my cleavage! I have limited options for pictures on this computer.
