No, I prefer natural beauty. A lady who takes care of and respects herself is much more attractive than a poster for Maybellene.

Not to mention what happens once you get the reputation for being one of those "AM/FM" kind of guys....

laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh

And three smartasses hijack the thread...

From what I've seen available and from what I've heard I see myself being single for awhile because of independence beyond insanity and stubborn delusions, impossible expectations, and neurotic and insecure and alcoholic and drug addled behavior. I'm better off alone because I have no desire for that amount of self abuse.

Biker were you describing a potential date or yourself there??

Yea you big bad arce highjackers....and I couldn't think of three better people to do so...so hijack away

laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh

Thanks for your input biker.......

most women wear make-up. we're socialized to wear it, and it is further ingrained in us at an early age to want to be pretty. there is a point, however, when you realize that physical beauty is not what makes a person, you or a potential mate. after an initial attraction, you try to see beyond the physical attractiveness or unattractiveness of a person. that does not change the desire for a woman to want to be physically attractive, and i love makeup. but, the trick is to try to wear it where it appears as if you are wearing none. whatever one can do to enhance one's physical beauty, i'm all for it, especially if it improves self-esteem and one's ability to attract another. if a woman doesn't feel the need to wear make-up, more power to her. i like being a girly girl, though. it's fun to dress up and paint my face. i also appreciate real people, and i don't think it's inconsistent to appreciate someone's inner-beauty while also appreciating his exterior.

I agree deltasissy......I am a girly girl, but don't wear alot of makeup...not because I don't like it...I think a woman can be sexy without showing everything that God gave her...leave a little to the imagination so to speak. The whole point of this thread was to get a man's opinion on what I already think is truth. And that is a woman can be confident, caring, loving, and all woman without flaunting it, and without having to get approval from others.

Strong independant woman here!!!
I am so glad you put this out there cus it is a very good question and one I have wondered myself. I have thaught about putting a pic up of my breasts and cleavage just to see what kind of mail I would get....just out of curiousity of course!!
I think it is demeaning and so wrong for woman to flaunt themselves cus it shows that they are fighting for attention but then they get pist off when men email them asking them if thet want to f*@k. I wonder if there are any men left out there who like a nice respectable woman in public and a freak in the bedroom and one that knows the difference?
Also to conclude I wonder how many men can respect a woman who is true to herself and doesn't need to have a man under her 24-7 and doesn't need constant compliments and knows how to keep "what goes on in the bedroom stays in the bedroom" to herself??flowerforyou
