If you found a wallet with a 120 million dollar lotto ticket, would you give it back to the owner.

without a doubt.

Ummm....HELL NO.
They'd have to chalk that one up as a loss. |

Yup..Guilty caustions would do it..

Sorry. I would get the prize, and drop a percentage off at that persons house when they weren't home. Probably 25%. Couldn't resist never working again

I would return it to the owner...
Its never finders keepers in my world... |

If it was just the ticket, then no... but the wallet sure complicates things. Yeah, I'd have to.

Yup..Guilty caustions would do it.. Conscience....whats that? |

If you took the 1 time payout it would be about 30 million after taxes. Drop 10 million at there house and keep the 20 mil.
20 mil at 2% interest is $33,000 a month. |

The ticket is in someones wallet..
(head hung down) I would give it back... After awhile I would feel better about myself... |
I would return it to the owner... Its never finders keepers in my world... Yeah but what if you found out (before you returned it)the wallet belonged to an alcoholic child abuser with a history in crime. Still return it? It is still his... |
Nope, but I would send them some money anonymously b/c I couldnt deal with the guilt
Thats what I said. Keep 1/2 or so, and drop off a good chunk. NOBODY needs ALL that $$$. The person who lost it will be plenty happy and so will you.

I would return it to the owner... Its never finders keepers in my world... Yeah but what if you found out (before you returned it)the wallet belonged to an alcoholic child abuser with a history in crime. Still return it? It is still his... There is no way of knowing who the person is that owns that wallet... I would return the wallet with the ticket to its owner. I want to live with myself... Wow! Can't a person be good without someone putting more CHIT into the picture??? |

yes, I would because they know who buys the tickets and you wouldn't match. You'd also need the receipt I think and if you didn't have that then you're out of luck. And hopefully after returning it they'd give the person a share of the money.

Damn...I'm in N.Y .....so hell yeah I would keep it and the money too.....but, I would drop the wallet with everything else intact in the nearest mailbox!

Can't a person be good without someone putting more CHIT into the picture??? K last time i checked this is a what-if scenario. If you want to make reality out of it, lets say it is the same person I mentioned before and you found this out after you returned the wallet with the ticket. Are you a good person? Thats why this is opinion. IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN! So am I bad that I wouldn't? How do you know I don't donate it to charity...it is what-if don't make it reality. |

charity? mine, mine,MINE!! chances are if I lost it...I would'nt get it back......at least not in my neighborhood. okay ,okay ,maybe a little to charity....jeeeeeesch!

I felt kind of guilty about my first answer, then i woke up in my truck in Charlotte, NC. I would still keep the ticket and try to cash it in twice.
