Everyone, I think I am the lonely 55 year old douchebag that this new guy was talking about. I'm afraid my humor wasn't taken as such, and I apologize to him.
I made a comment about his pix (especially the one with the double flipping bird gesture) and stated that he needn't worry 'cause his girl he was to meet probably wasn't interested in his intellect. Didn't listen to my own advice about how we need to be more careful with the younger members of this site. I sincerely apologize to him even if he's unable to read this - and I apologize to all. I forget that an 18 y/o now is much more vulnerable than one 40 years ago. |

LOL Yeah, don't even bother looking cross-eyed at an 18 year old unless you want to put them in therapy. Hey, at least for a little while, we got to see a posting with the word "douchebag" in the title. So thank you for that! (=

apologies are always great when one feels as though he has said something wrong isnt it..the signs of great morality...
but if i may.. i have read what the young man wrote befor his post was deleted. and it always strikes me as very wrenching how there is many people on this sight with so very low opinions of themselves..they take the time to join..take the time to create a wonderful profile about themselves.. and then sabotage it with things like...am i ugly..girls dont want me because im too fat..dedicating all that they have worked for,just to make people see that they have very low self esteem..and these unfortunates will always be cannon fodder for the ones here..(few as they maybe) who have thier radars tuned in to thier frequencies... how is a member of the opisite sex supposed to even give these people a chance? self confidence is very attractive in a person.. i just wish that these goodpeople will find good qualities in themselves before joining the sight... because everyone has remarkable qualities..everywhere |
