so i am looking to get into being a nanny.....is there anyone on here that would be in need of a nanny......i trust people on here more so then other people....i am willing to relocate....although i might need a live in situation for awhile till i can get enough to be on my own....

The agency will do all sorts of background checks, on both you and potential employers, to make sure that everyone is as safe as can be. They will also match up based on personality, trust me, there's nothing worst than being nanny to a family who go against everything you think is right or who you simply cannot get along with. A good agency charges the employer, not you, and can negotiate not only salary, but hours, overtime, benefits, etc.

are you sure? thats what you want to get into? i love kids but i'm a nanny for teins boys that are 4 and a girl who is 5 and its hard!!! i work 60 hours a week and have no time to myself its kinda like having kids but there not yours lol
