Ok, I've had Cingular, Prime Co, and US Cellular... I am really unhappy with all of them so I figured I would try Sprint. I have 30 days to try the service, but if anybody could give me some input on their cellular experiences, it would be greatly appreciated.

u also gotta look at phone quailty's like if u break a at&t phone who gives a flying truck take the simm card out throw it in a new phone call it a day break a verizon phone your screwed loose all your numbers everything, unless they can manage to transfer it and plus if your with verizon and your phone is off and someone calls you won't ever know with at&t when your phone is off and someone calls when you turn it on you will know who called,

I have had Verizon for like 8 yrs... I guess I like it to stay with it that long.. LOL I had Verizon for about a year or two, I hated them. But if you've had a good experience so far, then might as well stay with them. I used to travel, over the road all over, and my phone would not even ring when someone called me because the system was bad. Oh, and their billing dept? They were meatheads to say the least. |

I was ok with the service itself, but the phones keep breaking after 3 months. I guess I was just too lazy to switch until now. How many phones have you had in 8 years? |

Sprint sucks, don't use customer service too much or they will drop you and call you a "problem customer". Their service also sucks. |

With a two year contract, I don't think I would consider them an option from what everybody is saying... I guess I'll have to check out Verizon.

I have T-Mobile it's okay never really had much of a problem.
I had sprint one time and I lost to many calls so I called and complainted so much that they finally let me out of my agreement, which was what I wanted after my first few drop calls just going from what place or city to another, so I would stay away from sprint. But that is up to you. |

I have T-Mobile. Had a phone that wouldn't hang up after a call. The sales rep thought it might be the sim card so they switched it in store. This worked for about a week. Went back and they called customer service for me. A new phone was sent out free of charge as long as I returned the old one. They gave me no hassle with the whole problem.
Of course before Christmas I upgraded to a Blackberry with the Hotspot technology in it as I live up in the mountains and would have no cell reception without it. Came in handy when the land lines were down and had to call AT&T |
