I think the only way to post on people profile is to be on there profile.

To make a testimonial, you have to add the person to friends, then go to their profile, scroll down, and click on testimonial. I'm moving this to the help section for other members to view. Mark

i think u have to be on their friend list cause under there testomonials there is a blue button<if they are your friend> but i looked at other profiles of people who arent my friend and i didnt see the blue button
