There is not easy way but if your not happy you need to express your
concerns and feelings to them now matter how hard it may be. I will say
one thing though

It is never a good idea to hold back. If you have time to fall for
another then you should have been out of that relationship a long time
prior and you held back. If you fall on a love at first site thing if
that exists, or even find a person very attractive, you were already
looking or not in love in the first place so that is a good sign as well
to get out of it.
