WHY IS IT THAT THE TIME POSTED ON MY EMAILS IS 4 HOURS DIFFERENT THAN WHEN I RECEIVE THEM???

WHY IS IT THAT THE TIME POSTED ON MY EMAILS IS 4 HOURS DIFFERENT THAN WHEN I RECEIVE THEM??? Because if you have noticed, in the forums as well, that it is NOT set to your time zone... There is a difference between the time listed on the posts and e-mails, and the current time in your area So now you can stop worrying, you are getting them right away

You have multi personalities and it has to go through ALL of THEM before YOU get to read them!!! OK,,truth, your on eastern, and the site is on west coast time, Pacific time...i think....?
