Topic: Any singers out there? | |

I need help. I am getting over a bad cold which left my voice really hoarse. I am supposed to sing in a karaoke contest tonight and I need something to clear my throat so I can hit high notes-yes I am really good and this is worth a lot to me. Any ideas?

Sing alot before you go. In case none of the above listed remedies work. Work with your higher registries or falsetto. There is also a spray that you can get called clear voice that may help but if your voice is horse they may not be a whole lot you can do but try and sing through. Yes honey works, salt water works and all the other remedies.

Thanks everyone for your help! I am gonna go try all of these remedies-except maybe the vinegar-that's pretty gross. LOL! Take care and wish me luck!
