I believe that my life is my life and I'll live it the way i wish to live it. That there is no god or satan, heaven or hell, and that you should always make the most of your life, or otherwise your missing out on the experience.

Ive found the more I watch the history channel the weaker my faith becomes.

I'm Pagan and while I don't Believe in the Gods and Goddesses the way most people Believe in God or Jesus, I believe in the Spirit of that Particular Man or Woman. I look to the Person that was for there Known Strength's and Wisdom! I do not Believe in Hell as I Believe when you Die if you do not get into Valhalla/Heaven Your Spirit is left Behind to Wander the Planet until the End of Time.

I think there is a great beyond somwhere out there. Hell does not exist. I think God by any name or number is the same.

I think believing this or not has no bearing on what happens when you die. So if I decided to become an atheist today, I would still go to the same place.

I believe we are all One and that whatever you think happens to yourself after death does. A Christian goes to heaven with people in hell in that person's reality, a Muslim is in heaven with all those virgin's in that person's reality, and that you can have incarnation after incarnation if that is also what you believe. So that's why we should take our mortal lives and discard the hate from them and make the world great for everyone!

Yes, that may sound corny and whatnot to some people but if it does to you than hopefully your grinch heart will grow someday!

I'm ambivelant about it...One day I believe I'll go to hell, only to find myself on another day questioning if there is even a Hell...
If that doesn't sound confusing enough!!....I keep going back and forth, reading, re-reading anything I can put my hands on...Is there a God...Yes I believe in my heart of hearts that there is!!...BUT..and I have soo many But's!!!..lol..

I suggest that all the god's and goddesses are the same with one exception.

All of the gods and goddesses of this world come from one source. That source is the god of this world. He is noted in this verse.

2Co 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

Of course this is speaking of the devil. In another place, the apostle John records:

Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world:

So, the Scriptures state that God's enemy, Satan actually is the god of this world. Further, He has deceived the world into worshiping him. Of course all the religions can be traced right back to him. All roads do lead right to him.

However, all roads do not lead back to the God of the Bible. He is unique and says that only He is God and that there is none else. In fact, He does not want people associating any other gods with Him. He does not want worship using ways of worship that other gods have been worshiped with. He does not want any other names applied to Him than His.

Isa 45:6 That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else.

Deu 12:30 Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou enquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise.

Personally, I do believe in God. Does that mean only Christians will go to heaven after death? NO, all religons belive in their own 'Heaven' and it would be wrong for me to say their belifs are wrong. If what I read and still remember almost every religon has some sort of Heaven and Hell. To all the other Christans reading this, didn't Jesus tell his disiples that he had to leave because he had to teach others? I realive that is not exactly the wordage that is used. Did that mean the other people on this Earth or 'people' on other planets? I guess my point is don't refuse other peoples faith just because it is not yours.

No I dont believe that, purely because of contradictions there are between faiths.
How can the God of Christianity say "love your neighbou & turn the other cheek" where the God of Islam instructs to slay all infidels if they dont convert??

One makes their own god so they are not distinguishable, I don't think about hell too much as I think that is on earth.

I think everyone has to assume there is a greater power than themselves. Most people believe in love, an intangible yet real enough power. If we trust our own head knowledge and understanding then we become shallow and life becomes meaningless.

God IS love. Most will readily admit that love is what makes the world even bearable, but you can't fully understand the concept of love. You just know it in your heart when you see it.

I ask that if you experienced somthing in your heart you could not explain, an experience that made life make sense it would never be through your mind, but your heart through love.

That, my friends, is what salvation feels like. And afterward, when you focus on it, it swells up again. And THAT is the peace that passes all understanding.

Then you add this all up with personal miracles, organs growing back, just plain miracles. You learn to trust it more.

Many have perverted it for profit. But the real is still present. I think that being blunt with God is what he wants, like as a parent and a child-relationship. I tell God off all the time, but I always find my way back with more understanding.
You won't find him in religion or through another person. He works that way, but the path in your own heart is hitting God head on and letting it all out. To feel God move you've gottta let go of the whiskers.

Satan is the king of this world. So that Hell feeling is not so far from the truth. He is the source of all the chaos, but you've only seen the tip of the iceburg.

I believe that pergatory is on earth and as far as Satan being King of the world, I highly doubt that. Satan's tip is going to sink.
