I have notification set ON but somehow I stopped getting them when people send me messages. I even have JustSayHi.com under my SAFE LIST with Hotmail. so what's going on?

that happened to me too, stopped getting them, then I got a notice my email was wrong, so I changed it to yahoo, works again, maybe hotmail is blocking email from JSH as spam and not delivering the emails, who knows.
