OK folks, we have all been watching all the normal political backstabbing going on and everything as the presidential race of 2008 heats up. I for one dont like any of the current candidates all that much, so I am here to suggest that we put Fanta and GardenForge (both fine upstarting individuals from JSH) on the ballot as independant runners for President and Vice President (let fanta and Forge decide who is in which position).

My platform however is: If elected I promise to only steal half as much as the guy before me and if I am re-elected to a second term, I promise to only steal half as much in the second term as I did in the first term.

I still say though in real life that the runner up (candidate with the second highest votes) shoudl be automatically president. Not a case of the president choosing someone to run with him/her. Because in theory the runner up is the one we would have chosen if the president didnt win.
