my roommate went to the cordon blu in austin and got his degree but he doesn't use it. i thought about going but he said i do a damn good job on my own and that some of my recipes they would never think of.....

how about a honey bourbon glazed tri tip, with baked potatoe with all the fixings, 4 cheese garlic bread, corn on the cobb. Or fresh steamed vegetables. mmm mmm good! anybody want some?

I'm not a big fan of the preparations, all the chopping and stuff, but I love to cook for people. I just don't ever cook for myself.

i like to cook but not just for myself. i like to cook for other people. I don't do fancy cooking either, just simple, hopefully good tasting stuff. I like to bake too.
