i'm going to try to lose 10-15lbs within the next couple months Me TOO! oh yeah? i'm probably going to take up jogging, though i normaly avoid it at all cost. resume hitting my weight bench and other things. muscle burns fat, i'd really rather just put more muscle on. problem is, it doesn't build up enough and doesn't burn as much fat as running Yeah I do a lot of running...I actually run about 5 miles on the treadmil 3 times a week, and then try to hit the weights myself, but I'm a cardio queen, I hate weights...but I know its better for me in the long run... You should join in on me and Zack's challenge! no way. cuz i'll probably just continue to eat poorly and not run, i will up the weight lifting though |

You'll like it here, its not a bad place...people are more friendly here well, i haven't decided quite yet on where. i just know i want outa va. you're right about the people. i had a green mohawk out there, nobody paid me any mind. i come back to va and i'm really just some kind of asshole, disrespect from just about everyone. |
