oh yeah? i'm probably going to take up jogging, though i normaly avoid it at all cost. resume hitting my weight bench and other things. muscle burns fat, i'd really rather just put more muscle on. problem is, it doesn't build up enough and doesn't burn as much fat as running

i'm probably gonna move out to washington. i was out there this summer. from what i saw, your percipitation hardly qualifies as rain. it's a drizzle or sprinkle, that's all.

Yeah I do a lot of running...I actually run about 5 miles on the treadmil 3 times a week, and then try to hit the weights myself, but I'm a cardio queen, I hate weights...but I know its better for me in the long run...
