i try not to plan anything .its so much fun to just be spontanious.

Hanging with my 13 yr old and 9 yr old daughters

my son just got picked up by his mother a lil bit ago...hes only been
gone a lil while but i already miss the lil bugger.

Well...i consider myself lucky that mine only live two blocks away. We
share custody and we have been divorced for allmost eight years so we
dont fight over the kids. They come and go form both establishments as
they please....we have the same rules in weach house and punishments
from one ,such as being grounded from the phone which my daughters hate,
transfer from one house to then next. The ex has been remarried several
times(lol...srry couldn't help that tiny laugh) but I refuse to be too
hasty lol1 I enjoy the time I get to spend with my kids....but it sure
gets lonely when there not around!

thats good to hear that the structure of discapline stays constant so
many parents just dont get that part of things.

I agree.... kids need that kind of stability from their parents.
Especially when it comes from different households. My daughter, for
example, is very well behaved when she comes here. She knows I won't
flinch if I give her a warning because I follow through with the
punishment. However, at her mother's house... *rolls eyes* lol...
there really aren't many rules that she is made to follow. It pains
me... but I cannot change it. I can only hope that while she is here
she learns enough about self respect, honor, and responsibility that it
sticks as she grows older and more aware of her environment.
