Why does the Mingles2 app on my phone only show a fraction of the likes and messages that the website does? About 10%.

And why doesn’t Customer support ever answer my questions that I submit by chat or email or voice mail? I emailed the support address every day for a month and nobody ever had the courtesy to reply. What’s going on?

Because most people here are fake. Now you understand.

There is also a delay in the refresh or upload in between the app and website. Sometimes I think things tend to get lost in the lost packets also.

Contact Us and Change Location have not worked for a long, long time ...there is no responce, l've tried for months

It is like that with facebook and most other apps also. Apps and lite versions of the website because your phone can not handle all these websites at the full version.

As a software developer (not here), I can answer some of your questions. A vast majority of the people who come to this site do not pay. This means that the owner does not have the resources to run it like expensive dating sites. So, good customer service is not possible. Fixing problem is not possible. Making programming changes they would like to make, is not possible. Getting rid of fake accounts with scammers is time intensive, and not possible to stop.

Furthermore, a lot of single people are no longer using dating sites. This hurts sites like this one. But, even sites like Match Group are having significant problems. From what I have seen, Match has lost 90% of it's members. And, only a small portion of it's members login on a regular basis.

Then you have the members who put in very little energy into creating a profile that really shows potential mates what kind of person they are. And, when people cannot determine what kind of person they are in the listing they get cold feet and pick no one.

It should not be that hard, but it is.
