As far as Constitutional rights, and due process, there's no distinction for rights between citizens and undocumented immigrants. The Fifth Amendment of the Constitution, for example, begins "No person shall be held to answer ...." Never once mentions "Citizen." The only rights reserved only for US citizens are voting and serving on juries. Look it up. |
