| Topic: Shows new message(s), but messages not in inbox | |

Is this happening to anyone else? It looks like I have an additional message or two since yesterday by the new number in the orange box under "mail", but when I go to click the mailbox, the same old messages are there with no new ones. Make sense? Anyone else had this problem? Thanks

Had that happen in the past. However, there was no new message but when I went through a few pages of old messages there was one that hasn't been opened yet. Once I did that the new message note was gone!

Thanks for that. I have 15 unread messages and have for a very long time. Whenever the number jumps to 16, 17, etc I know I have a new message and its always been right there for me to read. Not anymore.
Why not just read those 15 messages? Because I have 149 pages of messages and most of those 15 were LONG ago and I just don't want to go through 149 pages to find them. And for some reason when I click "unread messages", the link doesn't work. A little confusing but who knows? Thanks |
