Please tell me what might be useful to know

It's an OK profile. Could use a little work. The photo is poorly lighted, with the sun almost behind you and the shadow so dark, it's hard to see most of your face, and you left the text blurb area unfilled.

It seems you put your brief text blurb information in the headline, and you left the "Hi.." at the beginning. But you did select some interests and all the biographical information, which is better than lots of other profiles around. Good job! For better results, lose the "Hi.." and replace it with a better description of yourself and what you seek.

A better photo might be where your face is better shown, and not so dark and shadowy. But the photo you've got, With the harsh sunlight and the Hawaiian shirt, evokes a lazy, hot afternoon, and could be nice, with cold drinks, so good job!

Anyway, you seem like a good guy with honorable intentions and it doesn't hurt to have been a doctor, so you should be alright. But for the profile that still needs some work, I rate it only 8/10.
