Hello, I would like to know if this is possible to add new line in about section in our profile? I am asking because I have a few quite a long sentences and it all seems to much merged. I tried enter button and <br> html tag but it doesn't work. Am I missing something?

Try the “edit profile” underline. It should be under your profile picture.

There might be a difference between the app and the online full site, mingle2.com. On the online site, easy to enter line by using enter key. On some other sites need to enter a shift enter to get new paragraph.
