Ha Ha, made you look. I have made resolutions That I am sticking too, Like getting rid of cigarettes With them I am through. Getting back into shape And exercising to get fit, Making sure I find an agent To get published with a grit. These resolutions and more I am going to stick too, This is going to be my year Lookout people I'm coming through. |

good luck robert...i absolutely promised my 11 yr old daught that i would quit smoking when the carton of cigarettes i was buying (trying to buy, cuz she kept snatching them away from me)is gone..i've got 5 pack left...i'm going to just quit when the last one is gone...wish me luck...i usually bribe my kids w/scratch-off lottery tickets but it's not working any more
  what will i do??? who will i be??? who will i kill first??? guess we'll find out

Awwww good luck remember one thing at a time the cigs will be the hard one I know I have been there done that and it will be 5 years in 2 days its tough but cold turkey is the best way one must have a reason and the will power when you want a cig find something to get you busy hard work pays off my yard got the good work out at the time and my house lol. So good luck and keep the faith.

I quit smoking 3 years ago it was hard as hell, but I picked up drinking to replace it so it's all good.

I know Kristi...babysteps...but I am going to do this...I have things to live for and look forward too...although I did in the past but my life feels renewed now and I can achieve this. Thanks for your vote of confidence though.

Well I turned 21 3 years ago and saw all the people smoking in the bar and figured there smoke was enough. I don't drink much I actually prefer water at home. but quitting anything is hard if you don't put your mind to it.

Good Luck on quitting, 8 years ago today I quit, it was not a resolution it was just time for it. I smoked 2-3 packs a day for 23 yrs and went cold turkey. I hope those around you help in supporting you in this, without them I may not have succedded.

Yes Derby quitting anything that is a bad habit is hard unless you put your mind to it or you have support
