My profile states that I am a man. However, I am not! I have not found a way to change this. He drop-down menu doesn’t drop down.

I'm afraid you need to tell us more about what platform you use and the symptoms, are anti spam blockers used? security firewall settings? antivirus blocks? etc etc.

Go to edit account,
Skip directly to "General" info. Your gender selections are there. |

Yeah you're right, it looks like that setting is disabled or read only.....
I guess you would have to write/email the support department... |
