Hi, I accidentally deleted the sound off my computer and now I can't get it back Ive tried everything I can think of someone who knows what their talking about please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!embarassed

If you've already checked the device mngr., and granted you're logged on as the admin., you better check that sound card!

Go into device manager and delete the sound card then reboot the computer. If you are running XP it will see the card and reinstall it!

Thats not a for sure thing, there depends on the Date this computer was made.....


Sound is out, well go to START, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL. Click on SOUNDS AND DEVICES, then tab over to SOUNDS, in the play back is this device registered? Also is there more than 1 if so list them on here
