Dang ! I wish I could do such a yoga exercise, but truth be told I could wake up one morning and actually get around to it or just wake up to winning the lottery .... the chances are about the same !!!

There's other ways to stay healthy, yoga is not my thing either, I can relate.

Thatβs not exactly true β¦ it depends on your state of mind and ability to rationalise .. distress is not always part of the equation. . Some are lost in a world where reality has little relevance to them .. yet they feel safe in that world . It is only when something threatens what they know and believe that distress is encountered .
