Since I was 2 years old, I wanted to be a mommy. I made fake baby food for my babies until I was probably 12. I babysat since I was 8. I got married at 20, and laid out my husband's clothes every day, made his coffee (which I didn't drink), made his breakfast and had clean clothes and hot food ready for him when he got home. He never had to get up with the babies at night. not once and I had 4 kids. I sewed my girls dresses and had a garden and stuff. I've been an old fashioned wife/mom more than half my life.

I wonder if he's gonna be the next to reply and we will tell our life stories for everyone to read.

I am at peace with whatever happens in the world. "This world is not my home, I'm just a passin' through..." I have a Wonderful Savior and I'm permanently at peace with Him in my life.

I don't mind it. Basically, I just read the Bible, sing with my kids (one plays the piano) and don't go out until sunset. 🤷‍♀️ Sometimes we have people over and everyone brings food and we do Bible study together.

Saturday's in winter spent watching grand kids playing hockey. And then go across to the Army Navy Club to catch up with friends and down a couple of beers !!
