yes, its a dreadful plan by those in power to kill all wildlife in the areas so people are forced to pay outrageous fees at zoos in order to see them.

Can you please be a bit more scientific? At what location was this noticed? What date and time? And please post photos of all these dead birds so we can all see how terrible this is. Technologies might be dangerous and that is true. Some things should to be tested before to be used from mass people. Using of whatever technology destroy partial our "wild" world.
