I am paid member. I am unable to message anyone new come or anyone in the online r offline unless I know them already. I raised this incident to support team. they always standard template message it will automatically clear after 24 hours. but the error never stops for more than 2 months. I dont know whome to contact to fix this issue. the customer support is very poor. let me know who can help in fixing this issue. I am frustrated with support team.

It does not matter if you are a paid member or not..

If you email anyone 5 times and they do not respond to you then you will get the message to wait till they respond..

Most likely if they have not responded to you after you have sent 5 emails it could be because they are not interested..

Even if it clears once you make your limit again you will have to wait..

The only one you can contact is Support no one in the forums can help you and Support does not read the post here it is why they tell you to contact Support~~

I'm also having a problem, can't respond in a thread, doubt it's a post limit thing where I've only posted twice today....

As Larsi said, if you quote a post which has asterisks in it then you will not be able to quote it.

You can either edit the quote to remove the asterisks or reply without quoting the post.
