- as a free member you can use all important options, including messaging someone yourself.
So that statement is unnecessary

- I'd start with "my home..." or "I am an affectionate..." and put the family thing later or leave it. A man is looking for a woman, not your family after all. That stuff can be talked about in chat or on a date.

- Not sure if you should put that info on the surgery etc. in your profile. Might be better to discuss at an actual date, face to face.
AFter all you won't meet every man you talk to, nor will every man you meet be the one you get to the 'undressing' stage with.
So I wouldn't put it in my profile.
