HOW CAN I KEEP A PERSON I BLOCKED FROM VIEWING ME...I EVEN DELETE HIM,BUT HE KEEPS VIEWING ME.

You can't. Public website, public profile. If it's very worrisome, remove any personal information that you'd rather he not see. Other than that...don't worry about it. He can look, but he can't touch!

Many women ask this after I have viewed them. Is it my breath???? I don't think there is a way to block someone from "viewing". If it gets too bad, then we can call "Uncle Vinny" in to pay the man a "special visit"

I don't think you can block someone from viewing you, but you can block him from being able to contact you. Your profile is a public webpage, ANYONE can see it, but you can filter/block people from being able to contact you.
