It does, because I have gotten voice messages. Could be cause she just joined today??? And they're still figuring out if she's who she says she is.

on the app you can record and send voice message. you have to hold the record button when recording, as soon as you release it , the voice message is sent

Not sure how it works. Maybe if you click on "chat" when viewing a profile??? when sending a message to someone , instead of texting, push & hold on the microphone icon at the bottom of screen.
