Topic: My Ipod NANO froze!

What do I do? I turned my Ipod on a little bit ago and it froze on me. My sister said to just let the battery die. Is there any other things I can do to make it work? I mean what the heck I just got it for Christmas and its freezing on me. WHY? It worked perfectly lastnight! I need help. please?

do a master reset on it. you hold down the menu and middle buttons until it shuts off and than it should come back on just fine

Frozen?? About 2 min in the microwave should take care of that! Also check the song itself..could be bad song to make it freeze...a chilling thought

I'd take it back. I wouldnt take any chances as it is brand new.

you need to reset your iPod, flick the hold switch onand off then press center button and pause, then press and hold center and menutogether for 10 second That outta do it
